I am learning to make a prediction using the title, cover picture and blurb. I think that i was successful because I made a good prediction and a more clear prediction.

I think i need to make prediction that goes right throw the story. 

My next is to keep making predictions throw the story.

We have been learning to find and summarise information by skimming and scanning. Skimming and scanning are fast reading techniques to help you find the main ideas or information quickly in a text. We read a story about white tailed spiders. I used skimming and scanning to find information. I found this tricky because I know nothing about the white-tailed spider. my next step is to know more information.

I have been learning to understand how suffixes change the meaning of a word. I found this easy because you just have to put ed and ing on the end. My next step is to understand what a prefix is.
